With flu season approaching again it is time to protect yourself and your family from getting sick by scheduling an annual preventative flu vaccine. We want to provide the opportunity to get your flu vaccination without leaving the comfort and safety of your vehicle with our Saturday flu clinics beginning October 2, 2021.
Please consider the patient's clothing before arrival. Children under 6 will need to expose the upper thigh. Children older than 6 will need to expose the upper arm. If the patient getting immunized is also driving, we will ask that they remain in the parking lot for 15 minutes before leaving.
Call us at 615-883-2200 to schedule your appointment now. To ensure smooth operation, we will ask you to email or fax a copy of your insurance card to us before the appointment if it is not already on record.
Additionally, please note that children between 6 months and 8 years of age who are receiving their first ever flu vaccine will require a second dose at least 4 weeks after the first. We are happy to schedule the second dose when you call to schedule the first.
