Dr. Elizabeth Heather Fairbank

Dr. Elizabeth Heather Fairbank has had a passion for working with children since she began teaching swim lesson in high school. Her enthusiasm drove her to pursue a degree in childhood development and later into pediatric medicine. Now, she draws on her own experience as a mother of four children to provide excellent pediatric care.

Dr. Fairbank spent her own childhood in San Diego, California. Her parents were influential in their support of her desire to work with children. As a medical student at New York Medical College, Dr. Fairbank met her future husband, Rusty. They were married in 1997. Afterwards, Dr. Fairbank completed her pediatric residency and internship at the University of California, Los Angeles, where her experiences prepared her for a variety of medical challenges.

Dr. Fairbank is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is a member of the Tennessee chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation.

Dr. Fairbank began at Children’s Medical Group in 2000, when she and her family moved to Nashville. In her free time, Dr. Fairbank enjoys running, cooking, and reading. She believes it is a privilege to care for children in such a wonderful and friendly city.

Dr. Kimberly Rosdeutscher

Dr. Kimberly Rosdeutscher cannot recall a time that she did not want to be a pediatrician. Working with children and their parents is the most rewarding practice she can imagine. She feels so fortunate to be able to live this dream. Dr. Rosdeutscher grew up in Lexington, Tennessee which is about 100 miles west of Nashville. She met her husband, John David, while in college at Vanderbilt. After college, she decided to pursue research interests in Pediatric Genetics at Vanderbilt. They were married in 1992 and moved to Cincinnati, OH. She attended medical school at the University of Cincinnati. She completed her residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 1997.

Dr. Rosdeutscher is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the Tennessee chapter of the American Medical Association and the Cumberland Pediatric Foundation.
