I am writing to let you know that I will be leaving my position at Children's Medical Group
in September 2021. My family and I will be relocating to the DC area as my husband
pursues employment opportunities there.
I will always cherish my time at Childrens Medical Group. The doctors and staff at
Children's Medical have been such a joy and privilege to know and work with. It has
been an honor to take care of your kiddos and getting to know your family.
Your children's care is of upmost importance to me. I have full confidence that you will
continue to receive the same high quality of care I have endeavored to provide from the
doctors and staff at Children's Medical Group. Dr. Kimberly Rosdeutscher, Dr. Elizabeth
Fairbank and Dr. Anna Manneschmidt will continue to provide excellent care to your
family.
No further action is needed to continue your medical care at Children’s Medical Group.
A copy of your records can be released to you or another person you designate only
through your written authorization. Your medical records are confidential. Please call
615-883-2200 with questions regarding your current or future treatment.
