We hope this finds you and your family well. On behalf of our team, we deeply appreciate the support you have shown us through this challenging period as we move forward through the current virus situation. We are reaching out today to share with you the steps that CMG is taking to do our part to protect you, our families, and the community. Please read through the details here as we need your help to make these changes successful for all of us.
We have pivoted our usual services to try and be good stewards of care during this uncertain time. Our ultimate goal is your safety and health and we want to remain available to you and your children for both their well and "sick" needs.
As more information about COVID-19 emerges, we will assess our processes to best keep your children safe and healthy.
Right now:
Well visits are currently still being scheduled.
We will screen for fever, respiratory symptoms and COVID-19 risk both when scheduling and at check in.
All staff, patients, parents, and visitors will be masked. Due to current shortages of masks please bring your own if you have one.
Please call the office when you arrive in the parking lot, and we will check you in via your cell phone. This includes if you are here to pick up documents.
We will check you in in your car, and meet you at the door when we are ready to check you in a room.
We are also asking that only one parent/guardian accompanies a patient into a room, so please plan accordingly.
We are now offering telehealth/telemedicine visits for many issues, including triage assessments to determine if your child needs testing for COVID-19.
We are excited to offer telehealth visits. Telehealth is currently being covered by almost all insurance (including Tenncare) during the COVID-19 outbreak. We currently have a pediatrician available for telehealth visits from 1-4:30 each weekday. Appointments can be scheduled with your specific primary pediatrician or for other times by calling (615)883-2200 or contacting us here.
